NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER
Rest assured, your systems are monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week from our Network Operations Center. This is the primary location where we monitor, manage and troubleshoot any problems that may occur with your network. In addition to our bank of monitors that allows us to visually monitor your network, we employ a variety of software programs to achieve appropriate levels of monitoring. And since the facility is located in our suite of offices, it enjoys the same level of mechanical and electric redundancies as our data center.
