CONSURO MANAGED TECHNOLOGY ACHIEVES MICROSOFT GOLD CERTIFIED PARTNER STATUS FOR THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR

FORT WORTH, TEXAS – January 31, 2012 – Consuro Managed Technology, a premier Texas-based managed technology services company serving businesses from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, announced it has achieved a renewal of its long-standing status as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.
The milestone marks Consuro’s third consecutive year to earn the designation, which is the highest level of membership available as well as the most rigorous status to obtain in the Microsoft Partner Program.
According to Microsoft, “Partners with gold competencies will represent organizations (and associated individuals) who have demonstrated the highest, most consistent capability and commitment within a targeted Microsoft business solution area. Partners who earn the distinction of a gold competency will receive unique benefits to support their business objectives. Achieving a gold competency will help signify their best-in-class capability to customers and other partners.”
The Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status is reserved for companies who meet Microsoft’s most stringent and demanding partnership requirements. In addition to employing an entirely Microsoft Certified technical support team, Consuro provides numerous customer references and meets aggressive annual sales goals set by Microsoft.
“Worldwide there are five percent of our partner ecosystems of 650,000 that have attained a competency, either silver or gold competency,” said Lynette Spanola Eastlake, spokesperson for Microsoft.
Microsoft recently changed its partner program requirements making it more difficult to become a Gold-level partner. While some worry that these updates will leave smaller solution providers behind, Consuro took great measures to ensure that all of its technicians passed the Microsoft exams to achieve dual gold competencies in Hosting and Desktop, according to Consuro company officials.
